Episode 211 - International Podcast Day

You guys! This episode is super cool because I was asked to be a speaker for INTERNATIONAL PODCAST DAY last month! If you don’t know what that is, it’s “an international celebration of the power of podcasts!” I’ll link the website down below here so you can go check out all of the speakers and fall more in love with podcasts! I’m so honored to have had this opportunity to speak on something so near and dear to me and that’s my faith! You can watch or listen to my talk above or, in the feed for the podcast!

Here is what was posted along with my video segment.

With a background in film production, podcasting is a dream come true that feeds her creativity and opens doors to amazing conversations with friends on topics big and small. She started her podcast journey about three years ago and launched Enjoy the Sass two years ago this month. Faith is active her church, serving in production, on the board for a non-profit called The Other 23, and a big fan of spending time with friends and family, movies, puppies and being sassy.

As part of International Podcast Day 2020, Faith will talk about creating a podcast that’s for everyone and that is deeply rooted in her faith. Her podcast, Enjoy The Sass, is an exploration of ideas, thoughts, and opinions with a dash of sass. But, on top of that, her faith is of the utmost importance in her life and Enjoy the Sass reflects that. She sheds light on how her podcast is a connection within the faith community, how she finds inspiration for episodes and conversations through faith as well as the ways her faith has shaped her podcasting experience.

My video can also be found on the 2020 Broadcasts page along with other videos, or you can check it out on YouTube. Check out International Podcast Day at their website, Instagram, or on Twitter. Special thanks to Dave and Steve Lee, the founders of International Podcast Day for giving me a platform outside of the usual scope of my podcast to share and for an incredible community of podcasters!
